Air-to-Road Director - Asia to Europe

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Air-to-Road product and its commercial proposition
• Build the European go-to-market strategy for Air-to-Road
• Identify cargo flows where express road can replace air freight
• Build and manage a focused pipeline of strategic European customers
• Develop customer-specific business cases on transit time, reliability, inventory and cost
• Lead opportunities from initial discussions through pilot implementation
• Convert successful pilots into profitable, recurring business
• Take responsibility for revenue, gross margin and commercial performance

Requirements

• Senior commercial, product, business development or key-account experience in air freight, freight forwarding or time-critical logistics
• Strong relationships with senior European supply chain, logistics and procurement decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial credibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with European cargo owners in fashion, consumer electronics, automotive or other time-sensitive industries
• Multimodal transportation or Asia-to-Europe supply chain experience
