Assistant Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary design projects
• Coordinate design activities between internal disciplines, external consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, design deliverables, and key milestones
• Facilitate design coordination meetings and track actions to closure
• Assist in managing project risks, design changes, and quality assurance processes
• Support client engagement, presentations, and project reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and local authority regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 5–10 years of experience in design management, project coordination, or multidisciplinary design consultancy
• Experience delivering Property & Buildings projects within the Middle East
• Strong understanding of design development and project delivery processes
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project planning tools
• BIM coordination experience
