Associate Consultant - Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Participate as a team support and leader in global and local sustainability projects
• Perform quality control and review of reports
• Prepare professional presentations
• Implement project management principles including scheduling and resource planning
• Provide site and office-based consultancy
• Support green building design and LEED/ESTIDAMA projects
• Coordinate with contractors, including MEP and civil engineers
• Conduct research on sustainability products and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated project experience
• LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) certification
• Knowledge of LEED and ESTIDAMA standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working within the GCC
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED AP or Estidama PQP certification
• Master’s Degree in a related field
• Arabic language proficiency
• Hands-on engineering and project management skills
• Valid UAE Driver’s license and personal transportation
• Passport allowing for efficient regional travel
