Associate Director - ELV

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building services projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and innovation of engineering processes
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Oversee the design, analysis, and review of complex structural systems
• Lead digital transformation using Revit, Revizto, ACC, and BIM 360
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of building systems and develop project specifications
• Contribute to proposals, technical presentations, and bids

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum of 15+ years experience in the Electrical / ELV field
• Minimum of 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams and ELV design on vertical projects
