About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage building services projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and innovation of engineering processes
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
- Oversee the design, analysis, and review of complex structural systems
- Lead digital transformation using Revit, Revizto, ACC, and BIM 360
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of building systems and develop project specifications
- Contribute to proposals, technical presentations, and bids
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
- Minimum of 15+ years experience in the Electrical / ELV field
- Minimum of 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams and ELV design on vertical projects
