BIM Modeller - AI Product Platform

Responsibilities

• Produce federated MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV) for offices, retail, hospitality and data-centre projects
• Model to LOD 350-400, including fabrication-ready ductwork, pipework and supports
• Build and maintain parametric Revit families, shared parameters and templates
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and BIM Collaborate Pro
• Apply AI and automation across the modelling workflow
• Write and maintain Dynamo and pyRevit/Python scripts
• Evaluate AI-for-AEC tools on real project data
• Apply ISO 19650 information management and CDE workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years of BIM modelling, at least 4 years on commercial MEP
• Portfolio of coordinated LOD 350+ MEP models on 3 delivered commercial projects
• Proven delivery on ISO 19650 projects with multi-disciplinary clash coordination
• Expert in Autodesk Revit (MEP); proficient in AutoCAD
• Navisworks Manage, clash detection and BCF issue tracking
• Dynamo scripting and working knowledge of Python
• Daily use of LLM assistants for scripting and research

Preferred Qualifications

• pyRevit, Revit API (C#), Grasshopper or Autodesk Platform Services APIs
• Hands-on experience with AI-for-AEC tools
• Point cloud import and scan-to-BIM
• Solibri, Revizto or BIMcollab; COBie, IDS and bSDD
