Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction closeout activities for large-scale data center projects
• Oversee and coordinate the collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documentation
• Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions and ensure documentation accuracy
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements
• Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for meeting closeout milestones and documentation requirements
• Monitor closeout schedules, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain project timelines
• Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to review technical deliverables and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate project status, risks, and action items to internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve closeout processes and documentation standards to support efficient project turnover
