About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service provider bids, scheduling and project start dates
- Check in on active projects and flag delays or risks early
- Send reminders ahead of key milestones and deadlines
- Collect closeout documents, photos and required forms
- Assist with claims entry and processing and enter project orders
- Keep CRM records current and complete
Requirements
- 2+ years in vendor, contractor, dispatch, scheduling or project coordination
- Strong phone presence and persistent follow-up skills
- Attention to detail in data entry and documentation review
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable learning new platforms and working remotely
- Occasional travel for company events or field visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, home services, remodeling or accessibility modifications
- Experience with claims processing, billing or order management
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
