About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year global facilities strategy aligned with business growth and manufacturing capacity
- Oversee maintenance programs, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure
- Own the delivery of facility and infrastructure capital projects across the organization
- Oversee the organization's global real estate and lease portfolio
- Ensure facilities comply with regulatory, environmental, and building requirements
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Global Facilities function
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure
- Proven experience managing industrial, manufacturing, or technical facilities environments
- Demonstrated experience leading capital projects and facility expansions
- Experience operating within complex manufacturing, defense, or robotics environments
- Strong ability to build and manage budgets and capital plans
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or Operations
