Director of Construction, North America Flagship

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design coordination, and construction execution for owned and flagship locations
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent projects from site due diligence to store opening
• Build and lead a diverse team of internal partners and external architects, engineers, and contractors
• Partner with Real Estate, Store Design, and Finance to ensure construction supports brand objectives
• Develop, negotiate, and manage project budgets and construction contracts
• Ensure all projects meet brand design standards and comply with local codes and zoning
• Champion jobsite safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive construction and project management experience
• Experience with ground-up, multistory, mixed-use, and core & shell projects
• Technical fluency in reading architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and contract negotiation
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed
