About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design coordination, and construction execution for owned and flagship locations
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent projects from site due diligence to store opening
- Build and lead a diverse team of internal partners and external architects, engineers, and contractors
- Partner with Real Estate, Store Design, and Finance to ensure construction supports brand objectives
- Develop, negotiate, and manage project budgets and construction contracts
- Ensure all projects meet brand design standards and comply with local codes and zoning
- Champion jobsite safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction and project management experience
- Experience with ground-up, multistory, mixed-use, and core & shell projects
- Technical fluency in reading architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and contract negotiation
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed
