About the role
Responsibilities
- Support general leadership of the assigned market
- Lead data center campus teams
- Provide hands on management support for individual projects
- Manage overall budgets and corresponding subcontractor/vendor/consultant budgets
- Manage overall schedules
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion

- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work

- Experience in construction management and portfolio management

- Strong financial performance and staffing management skills
- Strong organizational and scheduling-scale-up skills
