About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the supply chain compliance program for defense, government and IC customers
- Develop policies, procedures and controls for supplier and subcontractor compliance
- Implement DoD, FAR and contractual flow-down requirements
- Oversee supplier due diligence, risk classification and compliance monitoring
- Lead internal and external compliance audits and track corrective actions
- Evaluate and implement AI, automation and ERP/GRC tools for compliance workflows
- Build compliance metrics, dashboards and executive reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, contracts, compliance, law or related field
- 15+ years progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts or compliance
- 3+ years leading supply chain compliance or government contracting programs
- Experience with DoD, FAR and DFARS requirements
- Experience with supplier due diligence, audits and risk assessments
- Familiarity with AI, automation and data analytics for compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting defense, aerospace or Intelligence Community programs
- Experience with ERP, CLM or GRC systems
- Experience leading and developing teams
Benefits
- Full-time salary range $168,000 - $210,000
