Distribution & Reconciliation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the Free of Charge (FOC) Policy Process including policy application, execution, and reconciliation
• Monitor distributor sales and stock reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Establish integrated communication protocols with distributors for timely data exchange
• Manage orders by reflecting them in internal trackers and following up with global supply teams
• Generate reports on order status for management and commercial teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Identify and implement process improvements within the logistics function

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or Pharma sectors
• Regional exposure across multiple markets preferred
• Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong time management skills
