About the role
Responsibilities
- Undertake accurate measurement and quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, BIM models, and other project information
- Prepare and develop Bills of Quantities, schedules of quantities, and other measurement documentation
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies, order-of-cost estimates, and detailed cost estimates
- Assist with the analysis and comparison of tender returns and identify pricing anomalies
- Utilize quantity surveying, measurement, estimating, and cost management software
- Use BIM and digital measurement tools to extract, review, and validate quantities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in digital measurement and cost management technologies
