Founder’s Associate/Operator

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Head of Gnosis App on high-priority, ambiguous problems
• Drive cross-functional execution across GTM, Finance, People & Culture, Product, and Operations
• Identify and solve organizational gaps and bottlenecks without waiting for direction
• Implement and maintain internal systems, including documentation, dashboards, and workflows
• Increase company velocity by building scalable systems and removing leadership bottlenecks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as fintech, crypto, or startups
• AI native expertise with a ability to build workflows, agents, or systems to automate work
• Proven track record of taking initiative, founding projects, or building from scratch
• Experience working directly with founders or senior operators
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High sense of urgency and a bias toward action
