Head of Design

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the design function, defining processes, rituals, and quality standards
• Set the bar for design craft, pushing for simplicity, clarity, and differentiated UX
• Stay hands-on by contributing directly to high-impact product areas and reviewing team work
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on strategy, discovery, and product direction
• Coach and develop designers while hiring exceptional talent to grow the team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• 2+ years of experience leading designers or design teams
• Proven experience working with complex B2B SaaS products
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tooling
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field (or a strong portfolio)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-driven products or AI-assisted workflows
• Experience working within international, distributed teams
• Exposure to user research, analytics, and experimentation practices
