About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review delay analyses using recognized industry methodologies
- Analyze project schedules, programme updates, and progress records
- Assess causes, impact, and responsibility for project delays and disruption
- Support the preparation of expert reports for arbitration and litigation
- Conduct programme reviews, schedule audits, and project controls assessments
- Manage workstreams and deliver client engagements
- Build strong client relationships through high-quality technical advice
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Experience working on major construction, infrastructure, engineering, or energy projects
- Strong Primavera P6 expertise and experience analyzing project schedules
- Experience in delay analysis, forensic planning, or project controls assignments
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis, and As-Planned vs As-Built
- Strong understanding of project delivery and critical path methodology
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting arbitration, adjudication, or litigation matters
- Membership of professional bodies such as AACE, CIOB, or ICE
