About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate 3D CAD drawings (70%)
- Produce 2D fabrication, spool drawings and generate bills of materials for fabrication (30%)
- Work within a multi-discipline team and proactively communicate on schedule and technical challenges
Requirements
- Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong knowledge of drafting standards and practices
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS Routing and Weldments add-ins
- College diploma, associate, bachelor's degree or 5+ years CAD drafting/design experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Revit
- CSWP (Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional)
- Mechanical design of water/wastewater skids or plants
- Food and Beverage, Industrial, Municipal or Micro Electronics market experience
