MEP BIM Modeler

Responsibilities

• Create detailed MEP models in Revit
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design aspects and resolve conflicts
• Develop 3D models and construction documentation for MEP systems
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of designs, adhering to project specifications
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers
• Assist in the development of project schedules and deliverables

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Extensive experience in MEP BIM modeling for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
• Proficiency in clash detection using Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Prior experience working on projects based in the United States
• Familiarity with U.S. codes and standards
• Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
