Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with the CTO and engineering leadership
• Conduct deep dives into competitors, users, and adjacent technologies
• Engage constantly with users to turn qualitative insights into product changes
• Drive cross-team decisions on priorities across engineering, field, and support teams
• Work directly with engineering as a technically-respected peer to provide clarity on builds

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in software engineering or a highly technical product role
• Proven experience shipping and iterating on products end-to-end
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms, such as databases, data infrastructure, or ML/AI systems
• Deep understanding of the AI researcher persona, including their pain points and success metrics
• Demonstrated ability to own ambiguous projects with minimal guidance
• Experience contributing to or working within open source communities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive alignment across teams
• Proficiency in using data, metrics, and experiments to guide product decisions
