About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project work orders based on priorities and resource availability
- Coordinate vendors, onsite contacts and trades to meet project timelines
- Track and close out work order tickets and submit completed work for billing
- Monitor work order performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Communicate proactively with customers and provide status updates
- Ensure quality standards, checklists and detailed reviews of submitted work
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- Operations management knowledge and process optimization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Adaptability to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- PMP or equivalent professional certification
