About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial kitchen layouts using Revit
- Coordinate and execute all project phases from set-up through construction administration
- Communicate with clients and operations teams to establish project work plans
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Collaborate with architects, design managers, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in architecture or interior design
- Minimum of two years of experience in commercial kitchen planning and design
- Skillful competency in Revit and knowledge of BIM processes and LODs
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of architectural design phases and deliverables
- Degree in Architecture, Planning, Interior Design, or a related field
