About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and design water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, lift stations, and related infrastructure
- Perform hydraulic simulations and process calculations
- Prepare engineering reports and permit applications
- Support permitting and regulatory compliance across state and federal agencies
- Represent Atwell in client and regulatory meetings
- Conduct site assessments of existing facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an EAC/ABET accredited university
- PE licensure required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software
