ROV Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Directing and supervising ROV operations to ensure adherence to project goals and safety protocols
• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to plan and execute subsea operations effectively
• Managing and mentoring a skilled team of ROV technicians
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies
• Serving as a subject matter expert on ROV technologies and providing technical guidance
• Driving the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on ROVs, USVs, or marine robotics
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Strong technical proficiency in mechanical design, control systems, sensor integration, and underwater vehicle dynamics
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing underwater robotics (e.g., API, ISO, ABS)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
