About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare agreements supporting international business activities in line with federal regulations
- Train personnel on U.S. trade compliance requirements, including ITAR and EAR
- Conduct denied party screenings and resolve potential matches
- Prepare export and import shipment documentation
- Apply for and manage DoS and DoC authorizations
- Conduct internal control audits and support external government audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of trade compliance experience, or 6 years in lieu of a degree
- Ability to navigate and interpret complex regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to perform data mining and ad hoc reporting
