Senior Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full design delivery for complex, large-scale building projects
• Provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary design teams to ensure technical robustness
• Collaborate across regions and disciplines to optimize resource utilization and resolve design challenges
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team
• Oversee design processes to ensure compliance with company standards and local legislative requirements
• Develop and implement design management policies and procedures based on global best practices
• Monitor workload and address resourcing needs in alignment with project delivery targets

• Proven experience leading design for complex, large-scale building projects
• Strong technical background in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and geographies
• Experience in managing, coaching, and developing design teams
