About the role
Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements for electrical BIM modelers, senior coordinators and team leads
- Train recruiters on BIM/VDC terminology, software, project types and relevant experience
- Build résumé and portfolio screening standards
- Develop technical interview questions, evaluation criteria and scorecards
- Design a practical Revit/Navisworks candidate assessment
- Review portfolios and interview shortlisted candidates d- Grade technical assessments and calibrate candidate quality
- Help establish market-based compensation benchmarks
- Identify the first --- 3-5 candidates who are ready to confidently present to U.S. electrical contractors
- Help create a repeatable technical recruiting process that can scale
Requirements
- 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience
- Strong electrical or MEP specialization
- Advanced proficiency with Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
- Commercial or industrial construction experience
- Strong English communication skills
- A sharp understanding of the difference between design modeling and construction-ready coordination/detailing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a BIM outsourcing company
- U.S. electrical-contractor experience
- Data center, hospital or advanced manufacturing experience
- Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or Bluebeam experience
- Client-facing coordination experience
