About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary energy projects across electricity networks and renewable energy
- Deliver feasibility studies, engineering assessments, and technical advisory assignments
- Manage assigned scopes in accordance with budget, quality, and health and safety requirements
- Mentor junior professionals through technical review and coaching
- Support business development and proposal development activities
- Maintain external relationships with industry peers, OEMs, and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Energy or Power Engineering
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in consulting, utilities, or engineering environments
- Recent Middle East BESS project experience or international utility-scale BESS experience
- Familiarity with BESS techno-economic modelling and key performance metrics
- Proficiency with engineering modelling tools such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, or PSS®E
- Fluency in written and spoken English
