About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and performance of Minted's global supplier network
- Partner with Product Development, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and Legal to shape sourcing and supply strategies
- Lead key supplier relationships and commercial negotiations
- Oversee sourcing and supply planning across the portfolio
- Proactively manage cost, capacity, quality, inventory, compliance, and supply risk
Requirements
- Strong commercial and strategic judgment
- Deep sourcing and supply expertise
- Ability to move between long-term strategy and hands-on problem-solving
