Senior Manager, PMO & Strategy, Logistics & Care

Responsibilities

• Own the cadence of recurring performance reviews across multiple business lines
• Align Product, Operations, and Care around shared journey-level priorities
• Lead the design and rollout of customer-facing policies such as refunds and compensation
• Own and publish company-wide contact rate reports and track performance against targets
• Act as the connective tissue between Operations, Care, Product, Finance, and Data teams
• Maintain dashboards and source data for reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, program management, or business operations
• Proven track record of owning recurring reporting or business-review cadences with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with dashboards and raw data
• Experience designing or governing customer-facing policy in a marketplace or platform business
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional partners
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure
