About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain network-wide production planning methodology, standards, and decision-making frameworks
- Establish consistent wave planning protocols, order prioritization rules, and capacity thresholds
- Recruit, develop, and coach site-level Production Planning Managers
- Partner with Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, and other departments on network capacity roadmap and labor budgets
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in production planning, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics
- At least 3 years managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
- Expert-level knowledge of WMS wave management, order management systems, and labor planning workflows
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen
- Proficiency with Excel, BI/reporting tools, and WMS reporting
- Experience in DTC/e-commerce or apparel/footwear fulfillment operations preferred
