Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of mechanical engineering systems across all project stages
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and international standards
• Drive design quality through technical reviews, calculations, and simulations
• Utilize advanced modelling and digital tools like Revit and BIM
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical teams
• Conduct site inspections and performance assessments
• Engage directly with clients to present solutions and build relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering
• 8-12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within building services in the UAE
• Expertise in HVAC design and energy-efficient systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), IES, and HAP
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and
• Experience in preparing technical reports and feasibility studies

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or professional accreditation
• Experience on large-scale developments in the UAE or GCC
• Exposure to sustainability frameworks like LEED or Estidama
• Experience in multidisciplinary consultancy environments
