About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex industrial process systems for mining, minerals processing, material handling, and heavy industrial facilities
- Develop process solutions to improve operational performance, safety, reliability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and clients
- Serve as a technical leader and advisor during project planning, design, construction, and commissioning
- Partner with leadership to develop marketing plans and track business opportunities
- Lead proposal development efforts and represent the company at project interviews
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision makers and clients through networking and conferences
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and evaluating industrial process facilities
- Proficiency in process piping systems and slurry transport systems
- Expertise in bulk material handling equipment and pumping systems
- Experience with plant utility infrastructure
