Senior Shops Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance scorecard for merchant partners across UAE & JOR, including order acceptance, prep time, and accuracy
• Translate performance gaps into a strategic roadmap to address GMV leakage and AOV underperformance
• Manage picking operations within partner stores, focusing on productivity, pick-to-pack time, and accuracy
• Build and defend Last-Mile Unit Economics for merchant cohorts
• Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews with top merchant accounts
• Lead peak-season readiness planning for events like Ramadan and Dubai Shopping Festival
• Manage a team of Operations Specialists/Leads across UAE and Jordan

Requirements

• 4-7 years in operations, quick-commerce, last-mile logistics, or retail/e-commerce marketplace roles
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams and external partners
• Experience managing frontline or in-store operations such as picking, warehousing, or fulfillment
• Strong data fluency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools
• Willingness to travel regularly between the UAE and Jordan
• Arabic and English fluency preferred
