Senior Stadium Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and planning of stadium and sports facility projects from concept to construction documentation
• Develop design solutions integrating structural integrity, aesthetics, crowd management, and operational efficiency
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution
• Conduct analysis of building codes, safety regulations, and UAE-specific requirements
• Utilize CAD and BIM technology for detailed architectural plans and visualizations
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and design team members
• Prepare and present design proposals and technical documentation to clients
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and green building principles
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Ensure designs account for acoustics, spectator comfort, accessibility, and emergency egress

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design
• At least 5 years focused on stadium or large-scale sports facility projects
• Demonstrated expertise in stadium architecture and venue design
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM methodologies
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and UAE construction requirements
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects from design through construction administration
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
