About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently own structural design and analysis of components and assemblies
- Contribute across the full hardware development lifecycle, from preliminary design to detailed engineering
- Provide manufacturing support, structural testing, and qualification
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams
- Establish internal processes and standards
- Mentor developing engineers
Requirements
- Experience in aerospace structural design and analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Proficiency in the full hardware development lifecycle
