Senior Wayfinding Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of signage and wayfinding systems for urban, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects in the Middle East
• Create bilingual Arabic/English wayfinding strategies reflecting regional cultural norms
• Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, branding consultants and client representatives across geographies
• Prepare design documentation including sign location plans, message schedules and sign family designs
• Coordinate with Middle East teams during site audits, presentations and installation
• Ensure compliance with regional accessibility standards, regulations and cultural sensitivities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic, environmental or industrial design, architecture or related field
• 6+ years of signage and wayfinding design experience with an international or Middle East portfolio
• Familiarity with Arabic typography, cultural symbolism and regional design codes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino and Keyshot
• Strong communication skills and experience in remote collaboration and client engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Middle East government or large-scale projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior designers
• Multilingual capabilities
