About the role
Responsibilities
- Support decomposition of vehicle features and linking to ECU subsystems within the DFMEA
- Assist in facilitating DFMEA working sessions with cross-functional teams under the ECU reliability engineer
- Provide technical support on electronic failure modes, reliability countermeasures, and design guidelines
- Execute the DFMEA framework for new controllers by adapting existing work as directed
- Draft and maintain DFMEA process guidelines for the hardware team
