Structural BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files
• Serve as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance
• Coordinate the delivery of all handover content for data center projects
• Provide document and project closeout support for construction and operation
• Act as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
• Oversee day-to-day document maintenance and conduct QA/QC checks
• Ensure compliance with client standards to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in BIM management, document control, and project coordination within construction or engineering
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
