Structural Packaging & Retail Display Designer

Responsibilities

• Deliver temporary promotional packaging and pre-packed retail merchandise vehicles that withstand supply chain handling
• Develop innovative, structurally sound, and cost-effective prepacked merchandise vehicles
• Manage formal ship testing to ensure structural integrity and compatibility with the retail supply chain
• Provide continuous improvement of existing POP vehicles through material and labor reductions
• Support Merchandising Specialists through the display development process from concept to deployment
• Manage ideation, project development, specification generation, and vendor management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Sales, Project Managers, and Graphic Designers
• Travel to co-packers for start-ups as required

Requirements

• 2-3 years of structural corrugated experience (Corrugated material, Secondary packaging)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Willingness and availability to travel up to 20%
