Structural Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of woodframe residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
• Lead project meetings and documentation to ensure all aspects of the project are tracked and reported accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with woodframe residential construction projects
• Proficient in EnerCalc and Bluebeam
• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards related to residential construction
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (C1-C2 Level)
