About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day purchase order execution from production through receipt
- Run operating cadence with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs
- Maintain source of truth for available, inbound, and at-risk inventory
- Spot shortages, delays, and freight risk early and escalate with recommended actions
- Build AI-powered workflows from PO, inventory, production, and freight data
- Standardize reporting, documentation, and recurring workflows and write SOPs
Requirements
- 1-3 years in supply chain, operations, procurement, or inventory management
- Direct coordination with external suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners
- Hands-on experience with ERP, inventory, or order management systems
- Daily use of Claude or other AI tools for operational work
- Examples of catching problems early and driving resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CPG, food/beverage, supplements, wellness, or physical-product business
