Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce engineering standards, Basis of Design (BoD) frameworks, and QA/QC protocols
• Own technical review and approval at key project milestones to ensure design integrity
• Serve as the senior technical authority for cross-discipline coordination across mechanical, electrical, and controls functions
• Lead and develop the Engineering team, including Senior Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls Engineers
• Establish scope requirements and performance expectations for external EORs and design consultants
• Partner with Design Management, Construction, and Procurement leadership to ensure integrated delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years of engineering experience in the data center market
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-discipline engineering teams with direct people management
• Deep technical fluency in at least one core discipline (mechanical, electrical, or controls)
• Proven track record of establishing engineering standards for capital portfolios
• Experience with consultant oversight and EOR management
• Ability to travel to sites for critical design and commissioning events
