Technical Manager ROV Support

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for ROV support, including troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Develop and implement technical procedures and standards to ensure optimal performance and safety of ROV operations
• Coordinate with project managers and field operators to address technical issues and provide on-site support when required
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including manuals, maintenance logs, and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to ROV operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing ROV operations or technical support roles
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
