Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing costs, timelines, scope, and risk mitigation
• Drive successful outcomes by delivering projects that realize maximum value for global clients
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, including professional services contracts for Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price constructs
• Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Devise and execute critical strategies to manage stakeholders across client organizations and Quantexa leadership

Requirements

• Accomplished project management professional with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to scale them across multiple teams
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management within consultancy or professional services environments
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex, data-driven projects through the full software development lifecycle
• Strong technical communication skills and the ability to grasp and mitigate technical issues
• Proficiency in speaking Arabic at a fluent or native level is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, or telecommunications clients
• Willingness and ability to undertake short-to-medium term international travel
