Technical Service Engineer – Boilers

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services to customers, contractors, and installers
• Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting for heating and hot water systems
• Carry out start-up, commissioning, testing, and handover of installed systems
• Perform service, repair, preventive maintenance, and inspection activities
• Manage warranty cases and related service activities
• Prepare accurate service documentation and site visit reports
• Develop and deliver technical training for contractors and service partners
• Support spare parts quotations and maintenance offerings
• Participate in standby and emergency-response rotations
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Requirements

• Technical vocational qualification, diploma, or equivalent technical education
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support within the heating, hot water, or boiler industry
• Proven hands-on experience with boilers and hot water systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE
