Responsibilities
- Share expert-level product knowledge and workflows with users in the mining sector
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct product demonstrations and set up trials
- Provide remote technical support and develop tailored solutions for complex challenges
- Conduct client health checks and promote new software releases
- Deliver regular training sessions to enhance user proficiency
- Maintain accurate client account information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with software development teams to communicate user needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geoscience (preference for Geology)
- 5+ years of experience in mine geology, exploration, or resource estimation
- Proficiency in 3D geological modelling software and workflows
- Highly technical oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage day-to-day operations autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in long-term mineral resource estimation and short-term grade control workflows
- Experience in database management for exploration or grade control
- Experience with Leapfrog, Edge, Central, MX Deposit, or Imago
- Background in software sales or technical roles supporting commercial software projects
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Geoscience
- 5+ years experience in mine geology or exploration
- Proficiency in 3D geological modelling software
- Fluent English and Arabic (technical level)
