Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of government opportunities aligned with sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close complex deals with national defense and intelligence entities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective marketing campaigns, technical validation, and post-sale onboarding
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in UAE/KSA defense and intelligence communities
  • Navigate government procurement processes and manage contracts from opportunity through execution
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and strategic reporting using Salesforce
  • Contribute to customer proposals, presentations, and commercial strategy development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years in geospatial or technical sales with government customers
  • Demonstrated success selling to defense, intelligence, or national security sectors
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement practices in UAE and KSA
  • Military background and technical understanding of commercial imagery preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
