Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Design Management and Project Management teams in planning, coordinating and overseeing the design process
  • Perform basic architectural/engineering calculations
  • Prepare specifications, technical reports and related data tables
  • Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups
  • Prepare, review and approve drawings as required
  • Under direction of the Supervising Architect, perform advanced technical assignments within schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate technical and administrative activities across disciplines and departments
  • Assist in training and evaluating assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 3 years post-undergraduate experience
  • Proficient in preparing technical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to perform basic engineering/architectural calculations
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Experience reviewing and approving drawings
  • Report writing and documentation skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Revit
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Design management or project coordination experience
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and QA/QC processes
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
